would not recommend living here. I moved out after my minor son was robbed in this neighborhood…..guys from the neighborhood in the back are able to just hop the fence and get into the neighborhood and bully the kids that actually live out there. Safety was a serious concern, and the environment did not feel secure for families. What made the situation even worse was the response from the office staff. They were extremely nonchalant, dismissive, and showed no empathy at all when I reported what happened. There was no sense of urgency, support, or care for our wellbeing. This experience was stressful and disappointing on every level. If you have children or value a safe and supportive community, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. If I could give no stars that’s what they would get !

Elevate 17 Apartments has been full of great experiences. The staff are all about their residents and their wellbeing and are quick with creating solutions for any issues that may occur. 1000% recommend!

If I could rate this complex a 0 I absolutely would. All of the Staff members except for the Property manager are unwelcoming, unpleasant & pure un professional. I rented an apartment here for 1 year and had my next door neighbor almost set her apt on fire in return it flooded. 2 shootings one in the apartment right above me another in the stairwell of my bldg. they do absolutely nothing about the incidents occurring nor do they care. They are liable to raise your agreed amount for rent at anytime during the lease. The neighbors are what make or break your time at this complex as well. My neighbors were absolutely ghetto once coming to my ring doorbell with a gun in his waistband. It’s suppose to be “gated” but that doesn’t keep people out they go in the opposite way. I love living here! The staff is assertive and always available to assist me with my questions or concerns. My apartment is beautiful and I love the amenities. I recommend so many people to live here. The office staff and maintenance team are amazing.

Overall, I love my apartment, it’s beautiful and everything is updated being as it was just built. The cons is that in the lease you sign, they are able to raise the rent as long as they give a 60 day notice. I moved in February 2024 and by may1st I had a notice saying that July 1, 2024 my rent would go up by $97. Outside of that I think your enjoyment of your apartment depends on your neighbors. I have good neighbors so it’s not really loud in my building but it can be extremely loud in others
