People deserve to be warned. The biggest problem here is not the property itself, nor the staff, but the upper management culture. Many residents see a pattern of blatant favoritism, selective treatment, and behavior that feels harsh, uncaring, and deeply untrustworthy. A lot of people are afraid to speak up because they fear retaliation or believe complaining will go nowhere. What is most telling is that this does not seem to be improving. If anything, it appears to be tolerated or even rewarded by the corporate office people above her, which says a lot about the company’s values overall. Rachel is amazing! I have been living here for 2 years now about to transfer into a bigger apartment with them! Rachel is vey accomodating! She answers any questions that I may have and listens! Rachel is absolutely AMAZING!! She has been very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable since the start. Ever since she took over as a director, we have noticed. There’s been way more engagement with the residents and the community. Not to mention, everything around the apartment homes looks exemplary. Rachel keeps us all up to date if stuff is broken (if it ever is) and it’ll be fixed. She’s very good at communicating and making sure everything is running how it should’ve been all along. We feel right at home with elements thanks to Rachel and we can’t forget Joe, too!!

I was recently a vendor for the fall event at Elements. Rachel showed encouragement and support to all of us working the event. TLDR: Property *manager* refuses to address one resident noise while everyone else is forced to endure their childish behavior. Complaints fall to deaf ears and/or tied hands. This has been happening for OVER a month. Be prepared to constantly be woken up and feel your apartment rumble because of loud cars and motorcycles. You literally could be in the shower and feel the car turn on, idle, and then revving. Why is my apartment rattling from this? Why isn't the noise ordinance in the lease agreement being enforced? Quiet hours are 10p-8a and yet I am being woken up at 4am and 6am for one other resident? There are hundreds of people living here and we are expected to cater to ONE person. Absurd. This same car/motorcycle will drive around ALL the parking lots and rev their engine(s).
