Edit 11/17/25 Tina Pearson and her husband are the absolute best landlords I could ask for. They always go above and beyond to handle any situation to make this apartment complex as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this place to good people. Edit 10/17/25 Besides the auto shop that operates outside my bedroom window where you can hear drills, hammering, car engines revving multiple days per week morning, noon, or night this is still a good place to live. It’s better than most places in the area. The Pearson family (owners) are fantastic, and Betty in the front office is always incredibly kind and helpful. Jose does an excellent job maintaining the property, and any time I’ve needed something fixed in my apartment (which has been rare and only minor issues), he has taken care of

I've lived here with my husband and my two kids for two years, and from the first day we've received excellent treatment and assistance from the owner, who is always willing to help. The apartments are very comfortable, basic services like air conditioning, water, and garbage collection are never interrupted, and there's very safe. This place is welcoming, with good neighbor relations. The owner is always attentive to our needs. I feel blessed to live here.

I've lived at these condominium for 9 years, the owners are very amazing people. Very clean place and safe! Very caring community. I highly reccomened these condominium! I will always be grateful for the owner Tina Pearson and her mother Betty that works in the office, they are like a family to me!

These apartments have the feel and sound proofing of a house. They are quiet and the company is very good about any maintenance issues. I have never seen any issues with security or rif raf at these apartments during my 10 years here as a resident.

Beautiful apartments, well maintained. Very nice owners, they care about their tenants. Safe and secure bldg, maintenance is awesome. Great place to live.
