Really awesome renovations and nice units with granite and stainless steel appliances. One of the better 1 bedroom units I have seen in the area. And near the beach!
Rhema Associates is an excellent management company; they have completely renovated the property. The flooring is beautiful, and the kitchens and bathrooms are brand new. The company responds immediately to any and all requests, and they have made tenants' safety a priority. Rhema Associates has also been sensitive to tenants' feelings concerning all the changes and kept tenants informed every step of the way. The property is very convenient to the beach, post office, banks, grocery stores, etc. I recommend it highly.
Newly renovated apartments that are looking spotless! The new management is also great, and the appliances look brand new. Love it!
