I thought everything was fine. But now I am having to battle for a portion of my land. I was told after I asked many, many times that I did NOT need to do a new survey before I sold my land. I have no idea how long it will be before I am made whole. But I will do whatever it takes. Some things are very important like, family, our heritage, our children. No matter what the cost! I hope you get a better reality than I got!

First of all, I used to be a realtor so I know a little something about how this game is played. Edd was seller of my Mom’s house in Patrick Springs. After our first conversation, I knew he was the listing agent. Without getting into all the details, he went far beyond what I expected in 3 different situations regarding the sale. I could not be more pleased! He was honest. He was transparent. His listing price was spot on. I know there are other good agents but not many are great. Edd was great to me!
