I highly recommend the ladies at Appalachian Title Co if you are purchasing real estate or refinancing in Patrick County or Henry County. The ladies are very professional, prompt and communicate well with lenders, insurance companies, and the public.

I was a seller of a property and the buyer use this particular company. They made all kinds of excuses about closing that was supposed to take five days and ended up taking almost 3 weeks. They never answered the phone when my lawyer of closing tried to call them terrible experience do not use this company.
