Ebbetts Plaza Apartments

The property sucks Maintenance will mark things as done and never fix them. They will terminate your lease with no explanation. Your neighbors smoke and it comes threw your bathroom vents. Erma property manager is a liar who smokes all day long in front of the property. They will lie to other properties when you try and move and have you waste hundred of dollars on application fees. I wouldn't live out here if it was rent free!!!!!! Be aware the one star was being generous.

I moved in March of 2025 my experience was a smooth experience with no problems I find be rental staff very nice pleasant very helpful and understanding when it comes to me I've had little issues in my home but hey were aleays taken care of I feel as long as you do your part as a tenant and be mindful of how you keep your house up be respectful even when things happen I feel you are treated as you want to be treated Therefore I have had Erma Maria and Catherine to be very pleasant understanding and helpful I'm very happy here and hope to remain a tenant for as long as I am welcomed here Wonderful experience for me

I have been living here for a few months. The ceiling is falling on top of me, it's getting worse by the day and no one is doing anything about it. I've put in multiple maintenance orders, called multiple times, spoke with the rental office, and no one is doing anything. The way I've been given the run around is ridiculous. I hear other people are having similar issues with their units, and with maintenance doing absolutely nothing. This is ridiculous. Don't bother wasting your time or money on this place. I took this apartment because I needed a place to stay. But believe me, when this lease is up, I'm out of here.

I started my process to move early part of March everything has gone very fast I have spoken with the property manager several times she is very professional and cares and understanding Hopefully soon I will be a resident coming soon after my inspection I'm grateful for the service that I was provided I hope it stays this way I have read other reviews I'm sorry for there situations and experience with this company but for me I've had to wait alittle longer but just to be spoken to with respect means and goes along way I'm looking forward to working with the office in the future If you have a great attitude you get a great outcome Very pleased with Ebbetts

These people are so unprofessional and lier that it don't make no since. Maintenance is very lazy. If they were giving these apartments away I would recommend a homeless person to go there.
