Eastwood Homes at Harrington

My husband and I had the best experience custom designing an Eastwood home. From the start, Kellie was so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We had a blast at the design studio, getting to see the details in person and pick everything out. All our walkthroughs with the builder, Coker, were greatly informative. We’ve been in our house for 2 months now and absolutely love it.

I have lived in my home since August of 2020 I complained multiple times to my "builder" Wes after closing about standing water when it rained nothing was ever done. Our 1 year inspection repairs were never completed Eastwood broke our driveway concrete when dropping the wood for building the neighbors house. The flooding has gotten so bad there's zero degree grading out house has flooded, our concrete patio is sinking, we have erosion issues and the icing on the cake moss that grows on that side. Their motto is built with care I say bologna.

Kellie was such a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions and was always available when we needed her.

For the price they cut a lot of corners, not a lot of upgrades. I did not care for the homes. Super nice agent and great follow through.
