Tried to get a tour with a guy named Kelvin he was not there at the time of the tour, we had to wait for him while standing outside in the cold! once he got to us he immediately told us there were no 1 bedrooms available even though he confirmed there were some over the phone! he didn't show us the studio they had available either I feel as tho we were discriminated. i think once he saw that we were people of color his attitude changed and he decided to not show us any units. i would not recommend this place and i think kelvin should be FIRED! he's a old white guy.

I have lived here almost 2 years now and only have good things to say about the team here! The buildings are old, yes, but they are well-cared for and feel cozy. Management has always been very understanding and willing to work with the tenants for their needs. Any maintenance requests I have put in have been attended to in a timely manner. Keep up the great work, Evelyn and Maya!

Find a different complex to live at. The location is great, very beautiful and access to different restaurants. If you are a woman living here alone. Management does not care about safety AT ALL. There are no security cameras anywhere, which most complexes at least have some in the parking lots. Cars where stolen from the apartment lots, my car was broken into on three separate occasions (I was only there for a year). I had a neighbor above me who consistently harassed me by stomping, shouting, and threatening me. The walls are very thin. You can hear a full blown conversation happening above you, next to you, whereever. Which is why this neighbor was so angry, just because I was living below them. The management did nothing about it, but suggested we had a mediated conversation, when they

Maia, the property manager during my time here, is great. The few maintenance requests I put in for were dealt with immediately. Location is excellent and very quiet neighborhood. If I was not leaving the state then I would have renewed my lease.

It appears as if the property managers do not care if the tenants are in dangerous situations. There had been several noise complaints filed and the only thing said back from property management was to meet “in person.” Please do your job accordingly if there is a noise complaint filed. It is highly unprofessional and dangerous to have tenants meet face to face, at the risk of their own safety because you do not care to intervene. This is not preschool.
