Amazing management and maintenance staff. Love this apartment complex. Quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood, close to the I-64. Neighbors are kind and respectful of one another. Living here has been a delight. Maintenance staff is always available to help out, always there with a smile no matter what.

My experience with this apartment has been HORRIBLE. From start to finish. They have two different Google reviews that pop up and the other one has more honest reviews as well. When I first moved in I had to go on a business trip immediately, so I only moved my stuff in and went on the trip. I did not even unpack. When I came back there were roaches everywhere. I called immediately because I don’t like bugs and never had them. The front desk workers are rude and claimed I brought the bugs. I then heard from neighbors and the exterminator that the complex has been having a roach problem for years. I’m a single woman alone who requested maintenance not come in it I do not answer the door. I work night shift and have woken up 3 times with the maintenance men in my house when I’m not clothed.

This apartment complex offers lovely grounds. However, the apartments are extremely small with outdated kitchens and bathrooms; low, stained bowl toilets, with bathroom sink with rust, as well as sink fixtures with missing parts. The carpeting throughout the apartment is worn and matted, needing total replacement! The painted walls are very thin, dingy, and cheaply painted. The patio door as well as the screens are in need of replacement, as the glass is foggy and screens are torn. The small balcony wood floor needs new weather treatments to prevent rotting and warping. Overall, these apartments are definitely not worth the higher rent demanded! While the exterior of this complex is appealing, the apartments leave much to be desired!

I have lived at East Chase since August of 2016. It has been the best first home for me. I moved in right after college. The complex is peaceful and quiet. Residents seem to mind their own business and I've never felt "unsafe." The landscaping is well kept so it's nice to walk around when the weather permits. The staff in the leasing office has always gone above and beyond for me. The maintenance crew has always responded within 24 hours. If it's ever taken longer for maintenance it's because it's a big job and they are waiting on parts/another company to come in. They have renovated some of the apartments to have nicer appliances and cabinets, however I've never been someone who cares about that. I'm cool with the more outdated appliances- they work just fine. I live in a one bedroom and

No pest control for flys despite of work order. Dryer repair is being avoided despite of 10 work orders. Stove & kitchen is very old. Old houses & needs maintenance every now & then. I hope east chase improves on service.
