Eagleview Apartments

We lived here for a year and it was a great experience. My family is forever grateful to Ariel the apartment manager! She was amazing and easy to work with whenever we had questions or needed assistance with anything. We moved here from another state and she helped make our transition easier and was so welcoming. Maintenance requests were always handled same day or next day. My neighbors were all nice. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

This is my first ever apartment I’ve lived here for a few months now I have no complaints rent is affordable, it’s very clean and the people are nice and respectful even the ones with pets I never hear the dogs barking. The landlord is very easy to communicate i am definitely renewing my least.

I moved in a year ago without getting to your before moving in we moved from another state and we were thrilled with our apartment. It’s clean, well maintained, and safe. We’ve only needed maintenance twice (once was user error, ha) and they were there the same day. Close to everything and in a nice neighborhood. I recommend!

I moved in here about six months ago and since then I am very amazed on how prompt and efficient Ariel is into taking concerns seriously. I did not have a major concern, Just a mild issue with my refrigerator, but she was very adamant about getting it fixed in a timely manner. She takes pride on making sure that the property is in good condition. She also goes above and beyond to do little things on the holidays which most landlords don’t even think twice about doing. Thank you to Eagleview apartments and Ariel for making me comfortable in my stress, free living space.

I have lived in Colorado Springs most of my life, I have had the pleasure of living here for 3 years now and with the growing population this is by far the most affordable family oriented community I have experienced to date. Neighbors are friendly and the owner is hands on. I love that management is not a huge company that only sees me as a check. The rooms are spacious, the building is well maintained. The safety of having all locked access with cameras gives me a sense of security.
