Eagle's Nest Apartments

Can’t say I’m too impressed with these apartments. We moved into our “brand new apartment” and upon move-in we found bugs, spiderwebs and all kinds of dirt and filth throughout the apartment. They couldn’t even do so much as to remove the stickers from the bathtubs. Since being here, we’ve found a ridiculous amount of bugs, black widows and spiderwebs outside our door and all over our patio even though maintenance apparently does a weekly cleaning of all common areas. Obviously it’s not being cleaned very well although we pay for it and obviously the pest control that we also pay for is not being done. We’ve put in service requests to fix problems in our unit and have received no response. My husband and I are very unimpressed with the quality of this place.

New management company for new owner is much better at responding, overall upkeep of grounds, and general maintenance. Great place to live. I would recommend.

Very family oriented and extremely clean. Quiet, kid and single family home friendly. Pricey, but you get what you pay for :)

Brand new Apartment Complex in great location. Just minutes from Lake Conroe! Management does an excellent job!

For the asking price, you would think there was a pool, exercise room , pet park etc.. Nope nothing.
