Went to John Thao, explained my situation and the only thing I realize I didn't go over was my 2 Dogs which are an ESA and Service Animal. After I applied they waited a week to deny me. I have VA Disability as income. Reason I was denied: Unfortunately, I'm unable to discuss specific application decision details due to legal restrictions, but I'd encourage you to work on strengthening your overall application profile like credit and rental history. A possible suggestion if you are able to do it is offer to the landlord that you would be willing to pay the first and last month's rents with the security deposit. I also Agreed to do first and last months rent and security deposit upfront. The whole point of me reaching out before hand was to avoid this response. Enjoy the $55 app fee.

A property I was showing great interest in for a long time doesn't have an on site office. With my work schedule being all different hours of the day , it's hard to make time to go to their main location. This causes communication issues where I have to leave to voicemail in order to contact anyone , or the fact their isn't an office on grounds is kind of inconvenient because people with busy schedules can't always go at certain times. It's a shame cause the one in interested in is one of a kind and in sure it's more difficult to get into because it's not a high capacity complex. The design and structure is great and ideal and BRAND new. I tried viewing 2 times and their has never been anyone available when I'm free and I would hate missing out on something great because of timing issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived at a duplex in sherwood for only 3.5 months. Since I moved in, I didn't have hot water for almost a month, my dishwasher has been broken since I moved in, I have no AC at the moment, my washing machine was flooding my living room from bad pipes, the house had roaches everywhere when I first moved in, the carpets are disgusting, my toilet has broken at least 5 times at this point, several of these times it has flooded sewage into my bathtub and all over my bathroom floor. The property managers are unwilling to fix anything at a decent speed, as well as they do crappy temporary fixed on everything. They advertise that they have a emergency contact number, but it never works, so if something happens on the weekend you are screwed. I could go on fo

We bought a house from eagle rock reality a month ago and to say the least we were completely deceived by both the sellers and the listing agent Carter Archer. The amount of issues that were most definitely known and not stated and issues that were said to be fixed which were a REQUIRED fix for us to go through with the sale were only temporarily fixed. Major issues like leaks and mold arose within a week of the sale and once again I state that Carter specifically said “these were fixed and won’t happen again”. After reaching out they said “we won’t do anything sorry” If you are looking to buy a house or rent do not use Eagle rock reality and especially don’t buy a house with Carter as the listing agent.
