they report inaccurately to credit bureaus; they wont respond when you leave messages about it either; my debt was wiped clean with bankruptcy but it somehow has resurfaced on my credit now that im out of bankruptcy and my credit is fair and increasing. Gonna see about filing a lawsuit.

I honestly was comfortable where I was. The environment and the people have always seemed nice and any issues normally would be fixed in a timely fashion. But today is a different story. I have always been respectful and professional to whom ever I spoke with at any time. But today not only was I underminded and talked at instead of to, I also ended up being hung up on and left with no option but to leave voicemail, which rarely gets responded to depending on the person. The customer service I received today was unacceptable, unprofessional and rude people never prosper. I can only hope who ever they have in the office simply gets better because tenants deserve better.

I have been living in complexes for 3 years under Eagle Realty. Eagle Court is good when you have a roommate and Eagle Villa is also nice for just me. Stadium View is also a good place and has a bigger variety of rooms. I love the location because it's close to campus and everything I need is within walking distance. The staff has been very nice and understanding these past years and the neighborhood is a nice place as well. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in town and for a good price.

I miss living here, I had to leave because of health reasons and a dying emergency. But if I could move back I definitely would. Just a great place to live

Someone really needs to INVESTIGATE this realtor. Explain how they're willing to accept church vouchers for rent. But when the President approves a grant for GOVERNMENT RENTAL ASSISTANCE, to help those whom are unable to pay, so they won't be victims of eviction. (Free help from our government) EAGLE REALTY REFUSES. But they'll tell you that you can get help and money from the local church instead of community affairs it's seeming a little bit wrong and fraudulent
