Dwell in HIlltop

Awful awful awful. The only word I can use to describe this place since Dwell purchased hilltop. They will tell you about all the wonderful things they've done to improve the community. In reality all they did was install a few picnic table and increase the rent by outrageous amount. Industry standards I'm sure!. Someone had the bright idea to install water meters in each unit. For nearly 6 weeks the water has been shut off without notice. Like today for instance, I was in the middle of shower and the water stopped flowing. I'm covered in soap. I have to work in an hour. I called the office hoping to find relief but nope! I was advised to give it 20 minutes or so and HOPEFULLY the water will be back on. Fun times at Dwell in Hilltop. They say improvements! I say a living hell!

Very efficient as always. Put in a work order and Edwin was right on top of it. Fixed my problem and was very polite as always. It is a pleasure to have Edwin on the team at Dwell in Hilltop

The maintenance supervisor Derek has been excellent with fixing and checking everything I had a concern with. He evens checks in with you to make sure everything is working well. He is prompt and works efficiently to get it done and makes me feel comfortable living here. Thanks Derek for everything it's greatly appreciated.

I’ve been living here for about a year now, and overall, the location is great. However, my opinion of the unit itself is absolutely horrible. The apartments are very old, and during my time here I’ve seen rats, roaches, and spiders — the building is definitely roach-infested. On top of that, rent has increased by over $200, and they’ve now started charging for water, which pretty much eliminates the “low-income” aspect they advertise.

Crystal and her management team are very warm, personable and extremely attentive to urgent matters. Robert in maintenance had to help me with challenging situation and he was able to find a quick solution, get the mattered handled quickly and gave great service, putting me at ease ensuring that the situation would be fixed and taken care of. Derek has also come to the rescue as well in certain situations that needed to be attended to, being kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate everyone and grateful to live in an apartment where the staff and team care.
