Dwell in Chic's Beach

I wanted to share my experience in viewing this property on this Wednesday. I was met by Derrick to view the space. I am very excited to say that Derrick’s level of professional and patience in answering all property questions was exceptional. Derrick definitely provided me with a peace of mind in reassurance in making a sound decision regarding this property. He is definitely an asset to the Dwell management team. I’ve lived here for several years now, and since the transition to new property management, Crystal and Derrick have been incredibly supportive and helpful.

The photos and description on the website are very deceiving. I viewed a unit to find that it was extremely unkept. For example, a hole had been cut into the wall and a window AC unit was shoved in it, then they sprayed foam around it, and then taped over the foam with duct tape. The walls and carpet were dingy. Just all around terrible for the price. The grounds around the apartment were covered in trash and the common areas smelled awful. The laundry room (no in unit laundry) was in shambles and had not been cleaned in what appeared to be awhile. Don’t waste your time or money, you deserve better.

Derek was an awesome maintenance man. He came the day I put in my request! Definitely would recommend.
