Dwell at Greenridge

Dwell was fine when I originally moved in and it has now gone down hill very fast. Garbage is everywhere, the washers & dryers never work, and the pool is now green. I have termites in my apartment and have reached out 4 times to have it taken care of and they still have not sent any pest control. I would never recommend anyone to live here, counting down the day till my lease is up.

Great place to live! Everyone working at dwell is extremely helpful and has made renting an apartment stress free and with all the fun events and contests they have I feel like I'm part of a fun exclusive community. With the newly redone apartments and the beautiful pool area it's kind of like I have a slice of paradise. Update! Just got to use the one of the grills that dwell provides and it was great! Everything was clean already set up I just needed to turn it on! Had an amazing dinner and it made my day!

Mold, burst pipes, overflowing trash receptacles and unkempt amenities. 2 years after leaving we are still throwing away thousands of dollars worth of furniture and possessions that are rife with mold spores. Many residents units literally collapsed on them due to waterlogged walls and ceilings flooded by burst pipes during our residency. This property should be condemned.

Dwell has been a great place to live so far office staff has been grat the leasing agent made sure i was well taken care of david made sure all my needs was meet thanks dwell

This place is ridiculous!! I DO NOT recommend! My brother-in-law recently moved here and they put him in an apartment that had NOT been cleaned from the previous tenants. The stove eyes were hanging loose and the toilet seat was broken. He asked for a new toilet seat and they put one that was too small. They came to replace the stove eyelets and just left the old ones laying on the counter as if they couldn’t take them with them. He spent the last two weeks cleaning this place so that he could move in because he needs a place to stay. I’m sure they are expecting a full months rent but they shouldn’t. He had to spend plenty of money and time on cleaning supplies and etc on things that they should have done already before renting this place to anyone. Carpets in his place looked like it hadn
