Do not live here !!!! Unless you want to live with roaches and mold and appliances that constantly break, our time with duet apartments started as soon as we moved in when our dish washer broke and took a month and a half to replace I constantly reached out and asked for updates and was always pushed to the side and not helped. It wasn’t untill I asked for money to be taken off my rent that they came the next day to finally replace my dishwasher. We hoped that this incident would be a one off experience but that was not the case. A lot of the residents here treat the property like a dump in some of the pictures above you’ll see people will dump food , trash and animal feces in the halls and stair well and it will sit there for weeks before it’s gone. it’s lovely coming home from a l

I’ve lived here for almost three years, and I can honestly say the recent changes have made a noticeable difference. The new manager, Sophia, along with her team May and Eski, have done a fantastic job. They’re consistently present in the office, approachable, and genuinely attentive. Any issues or questions are handled quickly, and communication is always friendly and professional. It’s clear they care about the community, and their efforts have really improved the overall experience of living here. I truly appreciate the follow-through and the positive energy they bring every day.

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel the need to warn anyone who may be considering this complex. I moved here from out of state and shipped my Tv along with other furniture to the leasing office before I arrived and even have pictures of it in office, But when I arrived all of my stuff was “stolen” and they did not care at all. Of course no cameras were available (months later still haven’t heard back) Then there’s the homeless issue, the apartment allows homeless to sleep in the stairwells of the building, at night time when weeks go by before a lightbulb is fixed, it’s definitely a security hazard. Now this is my first time living by myself and it has been a personal hell, there’s no communication between management and residents unless you email them pretending to be a new resident w

If I could give 0 stars I would. From the moment I moved in the management office took out security deposit without providing our checklist (which violates tenant rights). First month in I had to request work orders to fix the bathtub since it was clogged/not draining properly when I moved in. The washer/drier unit stopped working and it took them almost 4 days to fix. The apartment was delivered dirty, gross, and they didn’t even bother to check the state of the apartment. Not only that, management seems to not give a shit unless you got $$$ to spend. Recently there’s been a mess of littler mix with cat poop in the hallways that hasn’t been taken care of. For the amount I’m paying in rent they should at least do their job correctly. People treat the complex like a dump, garbage cans are a
