This builder leaves tons of garbage on job sites (still picking up garbage from a house built behind me after flood waters and wind threw it in my yard after the last few months). Watched workers burying garbage and wood near the well and pallets and plastic in the front yard. Workers grading the yard left ruts in my yard with heavy machinery. This address is 3412 31st street west in Lehigh Acres

Shady from the beginning. Been with for 5 years. Spetic blew up was told ot was pur problem, house was infested with bugs, they did the bare minimum, we got rid of them, put in a fence, no reimbursement of any sort. And could never get them to come and fix anything. And when they did come they half it. Moved in with a half working air conditioner and dishwasher never fixed or replace rent when moved in was 900. In 5 years it went to 1200. We were quite no problem. They are liers, caught multiple lies. Wont talk to me cause i called them out on lies. Gave us 2 months notice to leave. And now telling other renters companies we are in eviction which is a lie. So now we have absolutely no place to go. SHADY AS HELL.

I have worked with DSD home and their team for many, many years. They are honest, do the right thing and would recommend them highly.

I have had nothing short of a superb experience in dealing with this company. Honor, integrity and respect is what I recieved unlike other companies I've dealt with in the past.

I lived in one of their homes a few years ago and loved working with them in the purchase. The house was beautiful and perfect for the family.
