Drift Tide Unit

This is an extremely disappointing place to live. The homeowners association (HOA) is poorly managed and appears to operate in a way that is hostile toward families. We own property in this community, and our experience has been consistently negative for me, my husband, and our two children. The HOA demonstrates clear bias against residents with children. On multiple occasions, our vehicle has been towed despite having a valid parking sticker. We have been told these tows were “accidental,” yet this has occurred three times, resulting in a cost of $300 per incident. Property maintenance is inadequate, and HOA fees do not appear to be used in ways that meaningfully improve the community.
