Robert, and the entire DRG team, provided without hyperbole THEE best moving, leasing, and transition experience I've had in my entire life. I recently moved across the country from Denver to Minneapolis, and with severe short notice. Originally I was planning to move 4 months out, and ended up only have 6 weeks instead. I almost never write reviews, but I want to warn others, specifically young women: do NOT rent from DRG. I’ve rented in Minneapolis for 7 years without any issues until this experience which was by far the worst I’ve ever had with a management company. I had to work with DRG since the condo I was interested in was listed and managed by them. The condo I leased through DRG ended up being seriously misrepresented to me — advertised as having central air and parking (both false), and delivered in poor condition with broken fixtures, owner belongings left behind, and even a half-used bottle of bed bug spray left under the sink. It was also never revealed to me that the owner of the condo I was renting lived directly next door. The legally required pre-move-in inspection was done by DRG withou

Update 2/16/26: I just got my first lease renewal for $25 more per year 🥹🙌😭. Nicole, Lila, Joe, Luke and Ben have been the sweetest supportive team. The benefit of having licensed agents, as a renter, is an exceptional value. Update 8/11/25: my relationship with DRG, has really taught me, in a really good way, that it does take two to tango. I think being a renter for 20 + years, I accidentally came up with some funny thinking about landlords /property management and leasing teams ( and I’m sure vice versa would apply to people acting in the role of landlord.)
