What began as a positive experience with Drees Homes in Talia became increasingly frustrating due to repeated misinformation, conflicting guidance, and unprofessional conduct from the market manager, Fallon. The inaccuracies became so frequent that I requested all communication be in writing for documentation purposes. Despite this, Fallon failed to communicate clearly or consistently with the design team, leading to ongoing confusion. I was given contradictory information, then directed to contact design directly. When I did so, I was later accused of questioning Drees’ policies, even though I had followed her instructions.
