Dream Germantown

I had a wonderful experience visiting Dream Germantown through Apartment Life. The customer service was truly outstanding, and it was clear that intentional community engagement is a priority for their team. I was invited to attend as an author and had the opportunity to share how my children’s book, The Fruit of You, supports children, families, and the broader community. The environment was welcoming, well-organized, and community-centered. Brittany was incredibly sweet, kind, and professional throughout the entire experience. Her level of care and superb customer service made the visit even more meaningful. It’s encouraging to see Apartment Life bringing thoughtful, impactful initiatives into their communities. Highly recommend.

This place is beautiful but in the end they’re money hungry! Stayed here for almost a year and absolutely loved it last year until they decided to spike the rent up due to fees and other things. (Which is ridiculous in my opinion) rent went from 1.3K to almost 1.7K and it was a 1 BEDROOM! Now for a 2 bedroom and up I could understand but a 1 bedroom is crazy! Not only did they hike up the price during the end of year but they didn’t honor the rent that due when signed. I will never come back here! There was only one person in management that I absolutely loved and she was amazing! So smiley and bubbly. The new management have attitudes, are cold and no sympathy. I’ll never forget their faces or the way they treated us when it was time to move out! They evicted so many people these past

I went to view the apartments yesterday and was greeted by Portia. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. One of the best apartment tours I’ve had in a long time. The apartments were very nice and seemed quiet. The only negative is, the 2bedroom unit is kinda small for the price but that’s just how new apartments are made. It’s definitely a unit for maybe a couple or someone with a small child.

Came in for a tour, I was looking for a 3 bedroom on the first floor but unfortunately they did not have any available. But I must say this is a gorgeous property. The community was so clean. The staff was amazing. So although I may not be able to move here, I still had to leave a review after visiting so many other apartments and the bad service I’ve been getting elsewhere, the staff here was very impressive.

Poor security!! Went in for a tour and honestly left a bit let down. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem too interested in helping and we got short answers and very little effort when we asked questions. We also noticed, and read in reviews too, that the GATES were wide open every time we visited the area, which didn’t feel secure. She mentioned we'd get a key card, but if the gate stays open always, whats the point? The place does look nice from the outside, but the two-bedroom felt pretty SMALL, and for the price, it just didn’t seem worth it. Their patios are spacious though!! Glad we looked around more before signing anything and decided not to move forward, especially with the lack of response and interest during the tour.
