I had the best experience at the Beverly Hills location. I’m looking at relocating, and Audra was unbelievably incredible. So much great information, and I really felt like they would make my home the best possible.

You only THINK you're getting a fair deal. Then they screw you over. BIG TIME!!! Horrible workmanship. Horrible outdated designs. ZERO customer service. Not professional at all. Once you're a client, they see you with nothing but contempt. They don't try to help you and their homes are FAR from "custom". You ask for an item, they say no. Then turn around and put one (just like you wanted) in their new model without one thought. They literally don't care how bad the quality is and they aren't going to fix anything that's done poorly. Oh.... and it will take over 2.5 YEARS for them to build your house, when it takes 8 months to build their own model home right up the street. I went to the model center to get additional information on their models. The lady I spoke with was incredibly rude. First impressions say a lot and I was anything but impressed. I can't imagine what the building experience would be like if you cant even feel welcome on the "sales floor". It's too bad, their pricing and floor plans had really drawn us in.
