Drove over 2 hours to view a property, agent canceled viewing 20 minutes before appointment time via email. Another agent from another firm showed us the house and our offer has been submitted. Won’t recommend your agency.

Please read this as a tale of caution. While I can’t speak for all of the agents at this location, after speaking with broker Mark Casper, I feel that the culture here is sketchy at best. The backstory, the wife and I have been considering purchasing a rental property. We are NOT real estate pros and wouldn’t consider myself an amateur even. We responded to a home in Zillow thinking the listing agent would reach out to us. We received contact from Teresa and Frank Pharr. They quickly agreed to meet us and we were excited to see where this goes.
