I was looking into getting an apartment here. It was probably the worst place I've been. I sat in the office for a good 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. I overheard the woman in the office talking on the phone to someone about how new tenants didn't have keys to their mailboxes and neither did they. It was explained to me that the hallways smell because the trash chutes overflow with garbage. Walking down the halls I could hear people talking in their apartments. One person had a note on their door about catching the person that broke into their place. I pointed it out and was told that the apartment wasn't responsible for break ins, that I just need to be wary of who I let into the building. Maybe that would make sense if their backdoor to the building locked properly. It's not wal

Literally the worst ever! Had mold/ mildew growing for 9 month’s management has done nothing. The property manager only cares about the rent money. The building is unsafe random people always entering all hours of the night. Although there’s a code on the door , it’s always propped open. The elevators are always broken. The hallway stairs are dark and always seem like urine. I’ve lived here 3 years and this has been the worst experience ever!

Dirty smelling and dirty looking. .. fair customer service, not a lot of amenities to offer, the leasing agent called me a diva because I asked for so much. .. I thought that they would have automatically had the things I was inquiring about. .. She was great ... She can only work with what the place have to offer. .. lol that parking can get you wet up on a rainy day going home. ..

Not dog friendly, management is good, follow rules to the t but the owner of the building is not a nice person, as with the rest of New Orleans, the 5% of the bad people ruin the 95% of the good people who live here. I have a service animal and they made me jump through hoops to get him approved in new orleans and had to go to city hall to have them approve me and they still won't allow my dog. Shameful.

Well I thought it was A Great place to stay its located in the middle of the city Mainly for ppl who work near very convenient for you but the building is old needs better owners and remodeling office workers are very rude does not fix things as requested in your unit if you do move here please avoid moving on the 1st floor near the CHUTE they do not keep It up Major infestation going on in there and the maintenance men are lazy As hell Im pretty sure they don’t pay them enough anyway
