My grandmother lives in Providence at Parkway Village. The elevator in building 200 hasn't been working for almost a week. A lot of these tenants aren’t able to walk down the stairs. They were told if anything happens to call the fire department. The front gate has been broken for 2-3 months. The side door in building 100 has been broken for 6 months - a yr. The other side door that is locked stays open too long that someone could piggy back off you and slide in. The gates that you walk through don’t always work so the only way to get out of the gate walking is to go through the gate that’s broken. This place is almost like a prison for the tenants. Be very careful with this company. They don't like to pay for the work you do remodeling apartments. I'm letting you know this because they owed me almost $40,000 and they still haven't paid me for 10 months.

I recently moved into Sylvan Hills Senior apartments. located at 1950 Sylvan Rd. SW, Atlanta Ga., 30310. Prior to moving in, I were overly excited. Well, my tenant experience started January 24, 2023, which began the following day, these are the observations that I see as follows: #1. The front entrance door into building are not working properly. They stand open long enough that someone can walk in behind you. ( Time for intruders to get in). #2. Gates swinging open for 4days/3 nights. (Time for intruders to get in). #3. The door to the bottom left that leads to stairway, was left unlocked 4 days, still find it unlock during office/after office hours. #4. There were no hot water for the washing machines in laundry room, both for the ones that were free, and now for the ones I have to pay

I don't understand why you can never reach anyone by phone or get a response to an email. Is this the kind of customer care one would have to look forward to if you were to become a tenant. What could the problem be, too many applicants, not enough staff, just don't care or they are unaware of how inconvenient and frustrating it is to put in an application and hear nothing from this company yea or nay for months. It is difficult enough for seniors to find safe housing ad then to be ignored in a most disrespectful way.

The property manager at Sylvan hills at 1950 Sylvan hills Rd is unprofessional. She talks to people bad and act like she own the place. She told me that, I’m not about to keep playing with y’all about know rent money. The assistant manager approved my mom to pay her rent an the property manager came out an shouted I’m not taking her rent. So unprofessional. Not sure how she got that job.
