Domain Homes

I built my house with Domain Homes. I was able to customize everything inside the house. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the company and the people I worked with. From my construction manager to the sales representative to the COO. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and that all of my concerns were addressed appropriately and in a timely fashion, both before closing and thereafter. I would not hesitate to build another house with Domain Homes. The house is beautiful and my family is very happy there.

We had flooding in our old home from Helene and decided we wanted to tear down and rebuild a new home raised up on our lot. We first contacted Domain in early January 2025 and we had our keys by December. Overall it was a really good experience and they did a good job getting us into a new home as quickly as possible. We were required to raise the home 6 feet from the ground, but we went ahead and did a full 10 feet. Our general contractor was awesome and he was always available and responded quickly to any text messages. Despite juggling several homes at the same time he never dropped the ball on anything that we asked of him. Before we started building, the build on your lot specialist was extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked with permitting, tearing down the old home,

After trying to add onto our 1961 ranch home for 3 years and going through multiple contractors we decided to tear down our house and rebuild with Domain. Our experience with Domain was excellent. The employees at all levels were respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our project manager Jose was prompt in responding to our questions, kept everything on schedule, and made the process seamless. We are so grateful and happy we chose Domain.

I had a wonderful experience building my home with Domain. The site was kept clean, they communicated consistently through the process and the construction was completed early (unheard of in most home builds). Jose Dora, my construction manager, was amazing and alway available to discuss any issue or question. Now that my house is complete I can say that the quality of construction is stellar. We worked with Domain to Build-On-Our-Lot. Closed in 2023. Looking back on the entire process i am very happy with the outcome and the choices we made AND with Domain overall. On the front end we worked with Guy on planning and options. He is a pro. Fast and clear communication. We had one sit down with their interior design team (Jon) to choose options. Very simple and brief. Our construction manager was Brice. He was fantastic. Very professional and honest. Yes, we had delays. But you should expect delays in all construction. Yes, there subs. You should expect subs in all construction. But again, 20 months into living in the home I am very happy with Domain. The customer service was great. The value is great.
