I have used DMG to manage a couple of condos I have in Norman for a number of years now. And it’s an almost invisible process. They handle everything I need done and provide all the documentation and records needed in a well organized and professional manner. If I call them they know who I am and are able to answer my questions. I recently sold one of my condos and Amanda Schrepel an agent who also works for DMG handled everything for me. The condo was cleaned re-floored and sold without me ever having to set foot in it. I showed up for closing and signed the papers, simple as that. From landlord perspective, Turner provides a variety of approaches on repairs from which to choose. He does not hesitate to seek appropriate legal advice. Amanda was helpful and energetic in sale of a rental unit. DMG provides prompt detailed monthly financial reports. They all are quick to respond to my inquiries.
