DLP Kutztown

I recently moved to DLP Kutztown and had the chance to attend their Christmas community event, and it truly meant a lot to me. After long days of work, it was really special to see families come together, slow down, laugh, and create warm holiday memories with their loved ones. The atmosphere felt genuine, welcoming, and full of care. I want to especially recognize Wanda, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Her support made the experience even more meaningful and made me feel truly at home. Choosing this community has been a great decision. The service is excellent, the people are caring, and it honestly feels like a place where families and residents are valued.

The DLP community is very family oriented! My husband, daighter, & I moved here from Louisiana & have no family in the area, but DLP feels like home even though home is over 1000miles away. Maintance is always speedy, the monthly community events are top tier, & the staff is so friendly & knows everyone by name. I recommend DLP! We have been here for 3 years now & just renewed our lease.

Do not move here if you are of hispanic or black community. Recently we have faced issues with our neighbors regarding racism and harassment. Our neighbors downstairs have called us racist names that offend both Hispanics and blacks.” I have video proof of the man yelling out the racial slurs and have shared it with the leasing office. The man yells out his window late at night calling us racial slurs. I have made the complaint to the leasing office and they told us that we would have to move to another unit, BUT the only way we can move to another unit is if we sign ANOTHER 12 month lease. For us to have to move when our lease is 3-4 months from being over and to make us sign a new lease for 12 months is insane. I’m pleased to share thoughts of pleasant and wonderful experiences and memories of DLP Kutztown and their amazing support! All employees are very pleasant and helpful! I enjoy and appreciate all the amazing festivities and hard work and effort that the crew has provided to all the residents! ! Kudos! Great job!

My brother lived in these apartments and the management was terrible #1. Don't even get me started on the head maintenance guy. He would always put in requests because his toilet was leaking and the floor would be flooded with toilet water the maintenance guy would never respond. Some guy came to fix the toilet and looked at it and said "I don't get paid enough for this and left". No one came back to fix the toilet. Thank god my brother moved out. To add on the walls are so paper thin, his neighbors had a newborn and it was like he was there with them the whole night. On top of that all the college students that live here and music constantly being blasted. Lastly the rent is an arm and a leg for all the inconvenience and the disturbance. Take this as a warning (look elsewhere).
