Stay away from this real Estate group no one has reached out. No one has made Mahan Shahverdi pay back what is due to us all the hard work sold the house without paying property taxes on a third of what we signed for us putting more than $8000 down cash on a home that needed lots of love and work putting $50,000 plus money into our own self. He came out ahead and we lost our property that we thought was going to be our forever home.

Mahan Shahverdi is the real estate investor name that ended up screwing not only me and my husband out of a whole bunch of money and promised to give it back and refuses to pay me back. We ended up getting an owner financing home here in Florida without a title company sadly which Mahan never signed and the notary went ahead and continued to get my contract signed. We ended up Doing an owner financing on a home as a three bedroom two bath 2000 ft.² in Florida on a 1 acre lot. The home had three different addresses two parcels. I found out in December/January that he did not pay the taxes on one of the parcels. Therefore, it was given to the highest bitter of a different LLC.
