Divaris Real Estate

Terrible service. We leased a space in the Reflections III building that literally shook whenever someone was in the building gym. You could hear entire conversations through the walls. Divaris did nothing to remedy the situation. Avoid dealing with Divaris!!!!

I am a member of a church that Divaris is buying property from. To me, they have been very unprofessional and duplicitous. The church sent a dozen people to the Chesapeake city council meeting to support zoning change on the property and it was approved. The Divaris proceeded to give multiple excuses to not close on the property according to the written agreement.

I've been trying to get in touch with a local agent from divaris for well over a month. Left several messages and emals with 5 different agents about leasing a property in Virginia Beach and I yet to have a reply back from any of them. I feel like that is very unprofessional of the company.

Terrible service, called for a location for rent, left a message, NO CALL BACK, CALLED A WEEK LATER, NO RESPONSE, 3 WEEKS LATER I TRIED AGAIN, THE RECEPTIONIST FED ME THE SAME STORY ABOUT HOW THE REALTOR WORKS REMOTELY, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL, VERY DISAPPOINTING

Love working with Divaris. They are top notch.
