District West Apartments

The leasing staff were so fantastic! Leah took us through the application process. She was gracious and very accommodating. Leah, Jess, and Jasmine made everything easy. They all were very personable and kind, even when we asked the same questions over and over. I was amazed at how available they were by phone and email to help get through the set up process . The courtesy wagon saved us so much work! The residents we have met have been so welcoming too. We have no complaints, just so happy District West is where we ended up after researching and visiting so many properties.

Whether or not you like living here will come down to who your upstairs neighbors are and how considerate they choose to be. We moved here from NYC and have only lived in apartments for over 20 years. I have never experienced this level of noise from neighbors. It comes down to bad construction. There is not only noise - the entire apartment shakes. However bad you think it could be, it can be much worse. We read the reviews, rolled the dice, and lost when we got upstairs neighbors that were very active from 5am to 8am most days and ultimately had to move due to lack of sleep. We were woken up and then kept awake even when using ear plugs and a sound machine. Other than that there are many things to like about this building and a handful of things I disliked. I had an amazing experience touring apartments with Jasmine at District West. I arrived a little late due to traffic and she was incredibly understanding right from the start. We initially toured one apartment that wasn’t quite what I was looking for and I decided I wanted to see a three-bedroom instead of a two and she had no problem at all adjusting and taking me to see another option. Jasmine was thorough, educational and very informative throughout the entire tour, while also being super sweet and easy to talk to. After the tour, I let her know I needed a little time to think things over and she checked in without ever making me feel pressured. District West is a wonderful place to live and I can't say enough positive things about not only the building but everyone in the leasing office. Leah and the entire team have been more than helpful throughout my moving experience. My relocation from FL took six months longer than expected however Leah not only answered all my questions but helped make the process practically seamless during that time. The location is great and the building is well maintained. If moving to Greenville I'd definitely consider District West, you won't be disappointed. After 90 days I'm still completely satisfied with DW and couldn't be happier with the staff and facilities!

Jasmine is awesome. Always friendly, helpful and greets you with a smile. Recently had a delayed delivery sitting outside my apartment door while I was out of town. Called Jasmine and without hesitation she went to my unit, put package inside and sent me a picture as assurance that all was well. She and the rest of the team continuously make DW a great place to live.
