Diamond Springs Apartments

My overall experience at diamond springs apartment was pleasant and our unit had no major issues. Ms. Candice and management were extremely nice and polite every chance we got to speak with one another. At the end of our lease Ms. Candice gave a heartwarming speech telling us how much she cared about us as a tenant and person. Even though our lease has ended, we are going to miss this place and management. Ms. Candice was a HUGE factor in to picking this location and her homey and warm personality will be missed!

When I first stepped into the office of Diamond Springs Apartments I was welcomed by Tiletia, she is awesome, she answered all of my questions and she is the reason we decided to pick Diamond Springs Apartments. But I must mention I'm in love with my apartment and maintenance is fast and attentive.

UPDATE: Where do I even start…. About a month after moving into the apartment I had a RAT run across my floor at night. Went back and forth with the ex-property manager about getting an exterminator in the unit, after she said I was just imagining things. I ended up paying out of pocket to get my own exterminator to seal up the wall. After that, I had no issues with vermin for the entire lease, but what turned me off was the fact I was dismissed when I brought it to her attention. Like I mentioned in my OG post, the townhouse itself isn’t bad, built very sturdy, but very old, (my tub constantly peeled as it was painted and the sewage backed up a lot in the downstairs bathroom). I am literally only giving the complex a one star because I loved my neighbors and the new property manager, Jes

Candice is one of the most compassionate and attentive leasing agents we had the pleasure of working with. She made sure the place we were interested in is right for us and was very understanding of our situation. Fantastic experience, we were taken care of and guided through the entire process even with some complications along the way since Candice genuinely cared about getting everything resolved for us ASAP so we can finish our applications.

Just moved out Sept 2024 yes it’s a nice size townhouse, The landscaping is well manicured I think that’s mainly because you have to pay an extra $25 processing fee per money order, that they don’t disclose till after you sign the lease. Beware of the flipping of the property manager at first I was hesitant to deal with Shameka because I thought me and Candace had a good relationship. she was all nice and bubbly while filling out the application and showing me the apartment and pretty much majority of the time that I lived there. I had few issues refrigerator would stop working, tub was slow to drain, sinks with clog up. I paid my rent on time until May, as soon as I Fail on hard Times and financial difficulties. FIRST TIME late with my rent and even after I got caught up, she exposed he
