Diamond Lake Properties

I moved into my apartment at Diamond Lake Properties (DLP), Minneapolis in 1994. In November of this year, I will have lived in my “apartment home” for the last 28 years. It has been a wonderful place to live and the location is perfect. Being close to a drug store, grocery store, gas station, bus route, restaurants, and freeways is a big plus living at DLP too. Over the years we have had numerous apartment managers. All have been very good, but I have to say, Tracy who is here now, may be the best manager yet. When things need to be fixed, Tracy listens and gets it done. I hope she never leaves! Ive been living here for some time now and love it. Tracy has been the best manager I’ve ever had, she is quick to answer any question and offer help when needed. Everything about this place has changed for the better since she has been here

The new manager "permanently closed" the business to delete all the poor reviews, and still poorly managed. And they tow, if not violate the line of fair housing laws.

The best place to live in south Minneapolistjier apartment is big nice one bedroom with beautiful kitchen
