If you want an honest review, then you should read until the end. So when we drove into the complex, the first thing we noticed is that the doors are so beautiful and unique! It gives its own vibe before you walk into the house to meet the personality of the tenant. It’s uniform, but not in a cookie cutter way it’s more stylish modern And chic. Now, my girl and I we were listening to gospel music when we pulled in and we had chills all over our bodies because the porches made it seem as though, we were meant to stand on it in the morning drinking tea before taking 500+ calls a day. We pull into the parking lot 10 minutes late for our viewing and Sophia greet us with a smile! Now my wife and I we love, beautiful women, and when we walked in, it smelled good. A great experience especially with leasing consultant Sophia and her co workers. They took their time to help with the application process. The community is phenomenal, the workers are friendly and most of all the apartment is the best!!! This apartment is for my cousin and it’s the best he ever had!!! I love it for myself. I definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home. Ask for Sophia she’s phenomenal at her job!!!

It’s been a year since I live here and I just renewed my lease. This is actually a very nice and quiet place, rent is so affordable and the location is convenient to everywhere. What I love the most is the lake view. Never get bored looking at it. Elena from the office is also very friendly, helpful and professional. I’m sad to see other negative reviews, but at least those issues never happened to me. My renovated studio is very clean and cozy

Me and my fiancé stayed in these apartments. The only thing I could say that was actually good when we first moved in the apartment was clean. We had no bugs but while standing there for almost 2 years, I will tell you we had two dogs that were paying for and they made us get rid of them because other people were letting their dogs poop around the neighborhood and not cleaning up so they wanted to blame it on us. I will let you know that about three months later cause my dog had to be Removed She died. Let’s also talk about how when our water pipes blew up under our apartment and only gave us $150 towards our rent for the five days we were out and made us pay for our own hotel.
