Deer Creek Apartments

I moved out of this apartment complex after filing for divorce. The apartment itself was fair, new construction but generally sloppily built. The grounds were frequently messy due to tenants failing to clean up after pets and themselves. My actual grievances with this apartment complex had to do with management. After moving out, my ex-wife was asked to sign a document by management on my behalf WITHOUT MY CONSENT, while I was not present or aware. She refused, and I was emailed by management with a request to come in and sign the document. I had moved out of town and was taking care of my father who is fighting cancer, and responded to the email explaining that I no longer lived in town and I asked for details on what specifically needed to be signed. Very nice, new complex. Lovely grounds, nice pool, play areas for children. Minor growing pains like pool is closed at least 2 days per week for cleaning. Management is not always in the office during office hours. Manager is kind and professional. Maintenance is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Complete Dump with THE WORST MANAGEMENT. Completely floods when rains. They cut every corner in the book.

This place is a mess, it’s brand new and everything is already falling apart.
