Liz did a great job working with us remotely from Philadelphia. She returned calls and emails within a few minutes, and offered detailed, relevant local knowledge. Once we focused on a house, we ended up with a VERY complicated transaction—title issues, lawsuits, ownership disputes, and all coming to a head during a pandemic. (To be clear, all of the issues were with the property, not Liz.). Liz did a great job shepherding the transaction to a successful completion, and were thrilled with our new lake house.
