Purchased home listed by Century21 homes and sold by Lisa Perry Smith end of May it’s now September. Have called and emailed both numerous times requesting that the lockbox be removed from our door. Not a single reply. When they show you who they are believe them. They got their $$ and now feel they have no further responsibility. Extremely poor service and management. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Lisa Perry Smith is an awesome lady to work with. Lisa is professional and genuinely personalizes her search to find the best house to suit your needs. Lisa has unlimited patience and doesn't take it personal if you need plenty of time to decide which house is the best fit. Lisa is always available when needed. A 5 star rating. She's the absolute best. I made the mistake of being swayed by another agent never again Lisa is the most honest and dedicated real estate agent that I have ever met.

Kiras client had removed fixed items from the house which we did not notice until after the closing. When we alerted her about this she was defensive and then disinterested, but said she would look into it when pressed. She got back to my agent and and said it belonged to the seller and that it was too late, that we should have noticed when checking the house out at the walk thru. A light and security camera fixture which left a hole on front wall. As anybody knows fixed items are part of the house, not personal items as she said. I will never do business with her or will I recommend her to anyone. Lots of agents out there. Avoid her if possible.
