I’ve only been living here a few months, but so far it’s been a great experience. The complex is brand new and very well done — my one-bedroom apartment is modern, clean, and feels thoughtfully designed. One of the biggest perks is the convenience. There are restaurants and retail shops right in front of the complex, including a virtual golf lounge, which makes it easy to grab food or do something fun without having to go far. The location between Syracuse and Clay is ideal, and everything I need is close by. Overall, it’s a really nice place to live and I’m glad I chose it.

We were one of the first tenants there and it seemed fine at first until it wasn’t. Our walls were cracking at the seam. Our dishwasher broke 3 days in to moving in. Our daughter’s room was NEVER warm. The maintenance guy ( at the time) walked in without knocking 2 times in one day and left a space heater running in our apartment while we weren’t home and let our dog out who was just 7 months old. The fire alarm going off and the entire fire department having to come 12 times just while living there. Not to mention erin the office manager is terrible. We had to go directly through ozzi the owner which was never easy either. For only living there a year , our heat broke 2 times. We had countless issues and no suitable fixes. Lived here for a year. Management was solid to deal with, Erin was easy and accommodating to work with on moving in and out. Maintenance was prompt on any issues, all in all a good experience at DL for us.

We moved into DL in August from Albany NY (2025.)We continue to be extremely disgusted in our decision to live here. (2.6.26). Services and advertised amenities are not available as advertised. Upon move-in, there were 0 receptacles for garbage or pet waste. Sewer Cuse Realty emailed residents that they are watching security cameras and confronting residents with fines that are not present anywhere in your lease. Research Syracuse Realty and customer comments; self explanatory. We were told on move-in day that we might not even be able to move in due to the hot water not working. Unbeknownst to us, our hot and cold water lines were reversed for weeks, our sliding glass door had 0 hardware and could not be shut, the grout in the kitchen and bathrooms crumbling, and doors are falling off th
