Brian Goss is amazing! He did everything he said he was going to do for me and more! He was truthful about everything from day one! He came through for me and my family when everyone else was giving me a bunch of crap and telling me I had no chance of being a homeowner! he is definitely knowledgeable and the go to man! I absolutely recommend him to everyone!!! Everyone at Dastani is very welcoming as well!

Im not one to write reviews but I have to say I would highly recommend Brian and Mike with Dastani Homes. Brian and Mike are reparable, honest, and the best I have found. They are patient taking the time to work with me as I build my first home. Brian and Mike were so wonderful dealing with the lender, finding the right property and most important the design I envision! What should have been a painstaking process was eased. Brian and Mike are professional, never cutting corners and I could not imagine working with anyone else.

Great design of home. Was built in 90 days. Have to say I was not happy with warranty department. And would not have them install irrigation as the system installed was the very bare minimum. I could have had a better system installed for the same price they charged.

Brian spent a lot of time with my wife and I going over our questions, and showing us some models. He was awesome. They can build on your lot or help you find one in most of Lee County. He was the best resource we have found, and we will be using them when we build our new home.

New construction— I will leave it at this, when we were in the building process and asked about numerous imperfections and quality of some building materials & quality of workmanship. We were told from the owner. The owner’s response was exactly this! “You get what you pay for!!!” If you want quality work you need to spend another 100,000.00 So basically our $300,000.00 wasn’t enough to get quality work. Do your due diligence and go look at his actual product/work before spending your hard earned money.
