The market is currently a madhouse as everyone is aware and Dana is there to help navigate you through the chaotic process that is buying a house in 2021. Not only is he a personable and friendly guy, he is incredibly attentive to detail and very timely in conducting his job. He always responded back quickly, had house viewings set up instantly, would send professional video messages with his market analysis reports. Worked great with my mortgage lender. Had very extensive knowledge of houses in general and their condition/value. I never felt pressured by Dana to make any quick decisions (although be ready to act fast in this market).
