Too many Roaches, dirty pool. always washer or dryer broken in the laundry room, tenants have to dry clothes on patio. too many crack heads/ potheads that smoke on the patio. very old units, hair from previous tenants painted onto the walls, holes in the wall. Very badly painted in the units just layers you see. New management sucks and is extremely strict; new rules say we cannot have anything on the patio or it will get taken and we will charged with a high fee.

Dirty. Has roaches. Water damage to baseboards in bathroom, leaking toilet, holes in the walls from prior tenants pictures etc. that should have been patched and painted. Cabinets were dirty and textured from prior tenants shelf liner.

It’s decent I love the redesign of the laundry room!
