⚠️ Be careful dealing with this company. After our move-out inspection, we were told everything looked good and that our security deposit check was “in the mail.” When we followed up asking where the check was, they again said it should be arriving soon. The very next day, we received an expedited letter saying they were keeping our entire deposit and charging us for appliances that already needed to be replaced before we moved out. We left the house spotless and in great condition, so this was extremely disappointing and felt very dishonest. Just a heads up for anyone considering renting from them—be very cautious.

Be careful renting they will attempt to steal your deposit thankfully I took video and pictures when I moved out. They are sneaky with bad business practices. They tried to claim both the fridge and stove are not working. At the same time convenient for them. Lol judge would have a nice laugh. Your claims of threats are wild accusations. You have received my attorney and proof we have. I told you if you attempt to steal you will be met with law enforcement and a lawsuit. We are moving forward with your non proof claims. We have video and pictures. So good luck.
