they put me in a wild goose chase over sending a rent check. first they couldnt accept it through insufficient funds despite having the amount for it, then they demanded a cashiers check for me to send to them only for them to return it saying they had to return it for mispel. i go to the bank to fix the typo ONLY FOR THE BANK TO SAY the apartment cashed out the check, i go back to Cypress and they said they never got the money- despite the system saying the cashed it out with a proper date and time. they put me in circles and lost a total of 3k worth of rent. do NOT live here else you might fall the same fate.

I recently visited an apartment in this complex and overall, it was a mixed experience. The self-visit feature was convenient and allowed me to explore the place at my own pace. The apartment I toured was recently renovated and had a spacious living room with large windows, which let in plenty of natural light. The balcony was a nice touch, although the view was not particularly pleasant. On the positive side, the complex is close to the ocean, which is a big plus for beach lovers. However, the neighborhood left something to be desired, which is an important factor to consider. Overall, the apartment itself was great, but the surrounding area and view might be a dealbreaker for some.

Worst place to live in with the worst management ever. Rude manager Mold Dirty property.
