Do not recommend. Management is a mess. They will say anything to get you in the door and then disappear once you sign. I dealt with unresolved mold and rodent issues, and when I raised concerns about mold, my documented complaints were dismissed instead of addressed. Many advertised amenities were broken or unavailable, and communication was careless throughout my lease. Charles and team (maintenance team) are very kind and good to my pup. He would be better suited elsewhere. None of this is their fault it is all management. The move-out process was just as bad, with incorrect charges including already paid balances and disputed fees that management refused to correct, pushing everything to a third party. We recently worked with Oceanaire Apartments and worked with Alex. I can’t say how much I appreciate all of the extra effort that Alex went to during the approval process and the move in experience. Charlie and The maintenance team was great in taking care of little incidentals and making sure that the dryer was working properly. Thanks to all of the team at Oceanaire Apartments and especially Alex for being such a considerate person.

Horrible Construction/Renovtion Disaster!! I moved in 4 months ago and this has been going on for 3 months. It's 6 days a week of noise and 7 days a week of inconvenience, unsightly equipment, multiple dumpsters, materials, trash, construction vehicles and debris. My parking is in the other half of the complex, across the street, so I've been dealing with the mess since the beginning of the demo in June. For over a month, the gym was closed, the common "oceanview patio with free wifi" was covered in junk, the common rec room was closed, and even the office was closed. They haven't used their app even once to broadcast messages to tenants. The grounds have been a disaster since mid-June -- as if they're not even going to pretend to keep up appearances. We have been living here about 3 years. We still enjoy every second of it. Dylan is the main person whom I have had the pleasure of doing buisness with. I have no complaints. Any concerns are always dealt with in a timely manner. Everyone has been very kind and welcoming. Thank You for a beautiful home🥰

I’ve been living here for a year and a half now and I love it. I’m just blocks away from the ocean with a really nice cliff path. Compared to other similar apartments in the area the rent here is decent. The property is really pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. They’ve also done a lot of updating and it looks really nice! The office staff is friendly, and maintenance is fast too. Most of the apartments seem to have in-unit laundry, plus there are multiple laundry rooms on the property. It’s a quiet area, stays cool and foggy most of the time, which I like. In addition to garage parking there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood as well.
