DO NOT LEASE from anywhere that this group manages. Tenant at 8921 Three Chopt Rd. I work mostly with Colby at this point, but I have already gone through 3-4 managers. They love politicizing you, putting Band-Aids on everything, and playing the blame game with their contractors. We moved in suddenly during the Summer / Fall of 2022 after the previous dentist that leased the space suddenly passed away. We accepted to continue his remaining lease as was, and then signed a new 1 year lease and asked for the landlord to replace all the old, mis-matched and stained ceiling tiles. They did not. Since that time, we have submitted 18 work orders during 2024 alone...almost 2 a month. We have had continuous problems (3rd floor S facing) with heat and AC. The building is older and has been "cu

Impossible to deal with. If you see a property is managed by them, do not lease. I was accosted by one of the members of their staff. They yelled at me and attempted to hit my dog with his truck. I wish I had gotten this all on camera. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

I’ve been waiting on a response from someone in corporate for about 3 months now. Each time I call the person answering is so disrespectful and rude. I was living at my apartment for a year and they decided to make me move. The property says I owe them money but my attorney says I don’t. I don’t have the time nor money to take them to court but at this point it maybe my only option since they’re the reason I cannot find other housing as well. Then won’t do rental verification according to their manger at the property she doesn’t have to do one so wherever I apply automatically declines me due to that. I’m at my braking point because I’ve had to move back home with family while pregnant and losing all my furniture. Definitely would give a zero if I could

I wanted to recognize Kelly, the manager over townhomes of chesterfield 2 for actually listening to my complaint in full despite my abrasive tone. I left the conversation feeling heard and valued as a resident. She also went the extra mile and offered me some much needed advice on addressing complaints in the future. Thank you Kelly! Edit- March 2025 and once again Kelli addressed resident concerns regarding parking and towing practices. The issue was resolved immediately. Please do not confused the local rental office with the leadership in corporate office. Reach out and they will do what they can to be fair within reason. 10/10
