CRP Real Estate and Charleston Rental Properties

I was recommended to Charleston Rentals from a friend. I just was purchasing a home on Johns Island last Oct. but wasn't ready to move in yet. I spoke with Robert and Ryan who were very professional and went to look at my home. We agreed on the rental price and the house was rented in less than 2 weeks . It has been a pleasure working with Charleston Rental everyone there is helpful and as professional as i can ask for . I give the a 5 Star rating and would recommended them highly.

I have just rented a home through CRP and had to do it, sight unseen bc I live out of state. Was very daunting, but Ryan and everyone else there patiently answered my many, many questions. Every time I have corresponded with anyone from this company, they have been polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. After I rented this home online, Dustin went to the property and took videos of the interior of the house and the neighborhood, itself. They went and they did this AFTER they had already gotten my business, which really impressed me. The videos were extremely detailed and definitely helped us visualize the floor plan much more accurately. And Dustin did an excellent job narrating and I can’t express how much these videos helped. I’m very thankful I chose Charleston Rental Properties

Daniel and his team manage a few of my properties and they make it so easy and hands off so I don't have to stress. I also like that the vendors they used are pretty fair. I used another company one time and they charged me $87.50 for a vendor to come in and change 3 lightbulbs. They took advantage of me and I was not too happy. Daniel's company only has your best interest in mind and it really shows they want you to have a positive experience. Highly recommended! THE BEST!!!!!
