Crowne Polo

I lived here for one year, from July 2021 to July 2022. During this period, I felt the enthusiasm and meticulous service from the office staff of the apartment. At the same time, the facilities in the apartment are very perfect. I love working out in the gym and reading by the pool. The repair service is also very friendly. Basically, you report the problem in the morning, it will be solved in the afternoon. So you can't go wrong here.

An easy five stars: Crowne Polo has been an absolutely amazing place to live for the past four years, and I'm sad to be moving soon! Megan and everyone in the leasing office are wonderful, as well as the fantastic maintenance team. The complex is about five minutes from Wake Forest's campus and is a great place to return home to at the end of every day. It's clean and well-maintained, and the office staff have always been kind and courteous whenever I've had a question or needed help with anything regarding my lease or maintenance. I'm moving for school but would definitely live here again if I ever move back to Winston-Salem!

My boyfriend and I have been living at Crowne Polo for about 7 months now and we have nothing but positive words to say!! We have loved the location of the apartment complex to things in town. Anytime we have had any issues arise, management and the maintenance staff have been fast to reply and get the matter fixed! We have had no issues with pests in or around our place and overall the community is quiet and courteous of others. We feel safe and happy in our home and plan to stay here for the foreseeable future:))

Crowne Polo is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The amenities are great, everything is always up-to-date, and service orders are completed quickly. Management is AMAZING––they are so knowledgeable and responsive. I had a nightmare experience at my last apartment complex, and Crowne Polo is a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much to everyone in the Crowne Polo office for making our living experience here positive.

Crowne polo is a quiet, safe and friendly community. As a parent, this removes some of the anxiety of living many states away from my daughter. The staff has also been wonderful to work with. They are always pleasant and eager to help. I am happy we found this community.
