Crowne Oaks Apartments

Lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it! Front office staff is always very friendly and helpful, maintenance is amazing (seriously, top tier), and it’s such a nice and quiet area to live in.

TLDR: Bad insulation, Bad Electrical Wiring, Low AF Water pressure (Shower, Toilet, Sinks). You can definitely find better places at better prices. Front Staff and Maintenance guys are great though. Bad Insulation: Want your place warm during winter? No problem. Your electricity bill will skyrocket it almost $300 though. The apartment does not retain heat at all. My usual electric bill (not during winter) is only $60-$70 bucks. Really bad insulation. Bad Electrical Wiring: Whenever I use my microwave, the lights flicker in the kitchen. Low Water Pressure (Shower, Toilet, Sinks): The pressure is so bad, my guests have always made note of that. Have fun taking 1 minute to fill a cup of water. I had a wonderful three-year stay at Crowne Oaks! The maintenance team's efficiency was impressive - they promptly addressed any issues I had. The leasing office was truly understanding and accommodating, especially during the pandemic. The community's serenity was remarkable, offering a quiet and peaceful environment throughout my entire stay. Moving in and out was a breeze, thanks to their smooth procedures. I highly recommend this place for hassle-free and tranquil living!

I lived at Crowne Oaks for a year, and it was great! Maintenance and office staff were reliable and very friendly. The amenities and facilities were awesome as well. Our apartment was a great size and great value. It had some drawbacks: pretty annoying ant problem in my and my roommates cars during the warmer months (we kept the cars clean but we'd have hundreds of ants coming in from the parking lot), our specific apartment didn't get a lot of natural light, the toilet and shower seemed to get moldy pretty easily (again, pretty persistent about cleaning). Other than some small issues, Crowne Oaks was an clean, quiet, and homey place to live!

My experience at Crowne Oaks has been great! The staff is awesome and very responsive. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. I would highly recommend Crowne Oaks!
